Details

The GOI-IES programme is managed by the Higher Education Authority (HEA) and aims to attract high-calibre international students to study in Ireland. 60 scholarships are awarded each year for one year of study.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be from a non-EU/EEA/Swiss/UK country and have an offer of a place at an eligible Irish Higher Education Institution for a one-year Master's or PhD program.

Financial Benefits

The scholarship provides a €10,000 stipend for one academic year and a full waiver of all tuition and other registration costs at the higher education institution.
