The Aspire Leaders Program is an interactive leadership development journey founded by Harvard Business School Professors Tarun Khanna and Krishna Palepu. The program is designed to cultivate leadership skills in first-generation college students and recent graduates globally through a multi-stage curriculum that includes self-assessment tools, Harvard faculty-led masterclasses, live case studies, and peer-to-peer learning. Upon successful completion, participants join an active global alumni network and gain access to post-program funding and development opportunities.
