Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be foreign nationals.
- Be no older than 25 for Master's level and no older than 30 for PhD level.
- Be nominated by a French higher education institution.
- Not be a French national.
Candidates from African countries are highly encouraged to apply.
Financial Benefits
The Eiffel scholarship provides a monthly allowance (e.g., €1,181 for Master's, €1,700 for PhD), a round-trip international ticket, health insurance, and cultural activities. Tuition fees are generally waived by French public institutions for Eiffel scholars.
