DAAD Young Ambassadors are alumni of German universities or former exchange students in Germany who act as representatives for DAAD in India. They share their experiences, guide students interested in studying in Germany, and represent DAAD at education fairs, webinars, and university events. Selected candidates receive training, networking opportunities, and a support framework from DAAD India.
Eligibility Criteria
•Must be current students at Indian universities of higher education
•Must have spent at least one semester on study or research in Germany (e.g., DAAD scholarship holder, Erasmus Mundus, or direct exchange)
•Must be willing to promote studying in Germany at their home institutions
•Must have good communication skills and enthusiasm for international education exchange
